It seems that if I even think about making a moved toward the kitchen, my dog is right there to direct my path! And like many of you, it is hard to resist those longing puppy-dog eyes. But resist we must!
So many of the foods we love are harmful to our pets. These foods can result in any number of illnesses, and in some cases, even death. The above list is by no means comprehensive but explains some of the most serious toxins. Most of the foods on this list are just as harmful to cats as they are dogs. A good rule of thumb when it comes to giving your pet people food: if you are not sure, don’t do it.
