Payment Policy:
All payments must be made before transport is scheduled. Cash payments are made at time of service. Accepted forms of payment are Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. We also accept Afterpay (pay-in-4). We do not accept personal checks.
Cancellation Policy:
Emergency Transport Cancellation: If a pet owner decides to cancel an emergency prior to a vehicle being dispatched, they will receive a full refund. However, after a vehicle has been dispatched, the pet owner may still cancel but there is a 50% cancellation fee.
Pre-Scheduled Transport Cancellation: Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hrs. before the scheduled pick-up without a fee. Cancellations that occur with less than 24hrs notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
